1. The service
MinborAI is a platform that helps you create, edit, build and test Minecraft plugins, mods, Skript scripts and data packs with the help of AI.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and you are responsible for your account's security. We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA).
- You may not share, sell or transfer your account.
- Creating multiple accounts to abuse free credits is prohibited.
3. Acceptable use
The following is strictly prohibited and may lead to account termination without notice:
- Creating or distributing malware, backdoors, credential stealers, or plugins/mods that grant permissions or leak data without the server owner's knowledge.
- Using the build and test infrastructure for mining, attacks, scanning, spam or anything other than the service's purpose.
- Trying to bypass the platform's security, access other users' data or disrupt the service.
- Publishing content that infringes others' copyrights, trademarks or personal rights.
- Using profanity, insults or hate speech in the AI chat, or wasting the AI with meaningless/repeated messages. Such messages are blocked automatically; repeat violations restrict chat progressively (15 minutes, 24 hours, 7 days).
- Any use that violates applicable law.
4. Your content
- You own the projects and code you create. You grant us the limited permission needed to provide the service (storing, building, sending to AI, backups).
- If you make a project public, other users can view, download and copy (fork) it.
- We may feature public projects in the gallery or remove content that breaks these rules.
5. AI output
AI-generated code may be wrong, incomplete or insecure. You are responsible for reviewing and testing code before using a plugin on a real server. A passing test-server result does not guarantee the plugin works in every environment.
6. Credits
- Some actions (AI messages with the platform key, builds, test server) cost credits. AI messages don't cost credits if you add your own API key.
- AI messages are billed by usage: the budget you pick is reserved when a message starts, only what the AI actually uses (based on the provider's processing cost) is charged, and the rest is refunded right away. If the budget runs out the AI stops; continuing takes a new message.
- Credits have no cash value and can't be transferred. Prices and paid packs may change; purchase and refund terms will be stated when payments launch.
- If a message is cut short by a technical error, only completed AI steps are charged; if nothing was produced, the reserved credits are fully refunded.
7. Availability
We provide the service with reasonable care but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, MinborAI is not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or profit arising from use of the service, AI output or the use of generated plugins.
9. Termination
You can delete your account any time under Settings → Account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10. Trademarks
Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. MinborAI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul courts have jurisdiction; your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
