1. Refund within 14 days
Write to [email protected] with your order code (e.g. MBR-7K3QX) within 14 days of purchase. Unused credits from that order are refunded proportionally to the same payment method; for Premium, the full price is refunded if the private test server hasn't been used, and the Premium time and bonus credits from that order are removed.
2. After 14 days
After 14 days there is no refund. Nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
3. Refund time
Approved refunds are started within 7 business days; your bank may take a few more days.
4. No refund
Credits already spent, and accounts restricted for breaking the Terms of Service, are not refunded.
